The Breakdown....how I am getting stronger

Training is a major part of my climbing routine. Without training, I would not progress as much as I have in the last year or so. How do I know this? I have climbed for years without much of any actual training. My training consisted of climbing...a lot. I have run into several  walls but now find that I cannot break down my current wall without proper training.  I have looked to professional climbers and their training routines to make myself stronger. Beyond climbing specific training, I have also added Pilates, Yoga and flexibility training to my routine.  I hit the climbing gym four to five times a week and break up my training throughout those days. I will have my documented training posted soon! Stay tuned for my diet and how I train!
